Are you looking for a versatile stamp set that can be used for more than one occasion? Stampin' Up!'s Happy Celebrations stamp set with the coordinating Celebrations Duo embossing folders can create everything from birthday cards to wedding cards, and even baby cards.

I used the star image to stamp Pear Pizzazz ink onto Pear Pizzazz card stock to get the cute little image around the border. I ran a piece of Whisper White card stock through the Big Shot with the "celebrate" embossing folder. I alternated stamping So Saffron Ink with Pear Pizzazz ink around the image with both the small and large round "splotches." Note that I "stamped off" the Pear Pizzazz before applying it to the paper; I got the lighter color I was looking for.
"Stamped off" means that you ink your stamp, press the inked image on a piece of scrap paper, and then apply it to your project.
To finish off this project, I added some of the Subtles Enamel Shapes. They just add a little extra "oomph" to this card.
